LISA HILDERBRAND ~ DESIGN IN CHARLESTON

Stay safe and warm.<br />~~<>~~<br /><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">It was love at first sight for me when I saw this home in the February-March issue of Traditional Home.  Designed by interior designer Lisa Hildebrand and homeowner and designer Sarah Hamlin Hastings, the home is absolutely stunning.  And to finish it off, they show me a zebra rug, beautiful art, and some great antiques.</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">When Sarah's grandmother asked her to take over the reigns and live in the home, she did just that. With her grandmother's blessing, she and Lisa took over and created a masterpiece. This was a great collaboration between designer, architect, and homeowner. Lisa had previously helped decorate Sarah's Connecticut home.  </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;"> Bobby McAlpine and David Baker were the architects on the project, whose goals were to add square footage and open up the spaces.  </span><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">The outdoor landscaping was designed by Mike Kaiser and is spectacular, created to lure guest outdoors.  </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;
